By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. 3.3 Registration ProcessDuring registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

3.4 One Account PolicyEach individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on tm15.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. tm15.ph uses technical and manual verification methods to identify multi-accounts. All accounts identified as part of a multi-account arrangement may be suspended, and balances may be voided.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC)tm15.ph may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). tm15.ph strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify tm15.ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
tm15.ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
4.2 Account CurrencyAll Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, conversion to PHP occurs at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. tm15.ph is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.3 Inactive AccountsAn Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. tm15.ph may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, as specified in the Promotions page or communicated to the Player by email or SMS prior to such deduction. tm15.ph will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.
4.4 Account Closure by PlayerPlayers may request Account closure at any time by contacting tm15.ph customer support via Live Chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
tm15.ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). 5.2 Deposit ConditionsThe minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no upper deposit limit beyond the technical limits imposed by the relevant payment provider. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)tm15.ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and the PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines. The Platform is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players must ensure that all funds deposited on tm15.ph are from legitimate sources. Deposits and withdrawals using funds associated with criminal activity will result in immediate Account suspension and mandatory reporting to authorities.
5.5 ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider against a deposit made on tm15.ph is a breach of these Terms. tm15.ph will consider any chargeback as evidence of fraudulent intent and will immediately suspend the associated Account, void all winnings, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tm15.ph are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer on the Promotions page or via direct communication.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus credits unless otherwise specified. Bonus balances that fail to meet wagering requirements by the stated expiry date are automatically voided.
6.2 Wagering RequirementsThe standard wagering requirement for bonuses on tm15.ph is stated in the specific terms of each promotion (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, sports bets, and certain slot games may carry reduced contribution percentages. Refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution details.
6.3 Bonus AbuseThe exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated play, the use of automated software, systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. tm15.ph reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonus abuse, and suspend Accounts where abuse is suspected or confirmed.
6.4 Welcome BonusThe Welcome Bonus (first deposit match) is available to new, fully verified Accounts making their first deposit on the Platform. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and dealt with accordingly under Section 3.4.
Each game available on tm15.ph is governed by its own game-specific rules provided by the respective game provider. Player Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by game providers and may be viewed within the game interface or in the game information section. 7.2 Technical MalfunctionsIn the event of a game or system malfunction that causes a disruption to game play, tm15.ph will attempt to resolve the issue and restore play at the last valid game state. If restoration to a valid state is not possible, all wagers placed during the malfunction period will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the Players' Accounts. tm15.ph shall not be liable for any losses beyond the return of stakes in such circumstances.
7.3 Disconnection PolicyIf a Player's internet connection is interrupted during an active game session, the game will continue to its conclusion based on its natural programming and rules. tm15.ph is not liable for losses that result from Player-side connectivity issues. Live Casino sessions interrupted by disconnection will be resolved according to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.
7.4 Disputed Game OutcomesIf a Player disputes a game outcome, the dispute must be submitted to tm15.ph customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant game session. tm15.ph will review the dispute against server-side game logs, which are considered the authoritative record of game outcomes. Decisions made by tm15.ph following this review process are final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on tm15.ph and constitute a material breach of these Terms. All content on the tm15.ph Platform — including but not limited to the tm15.ph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces (subject to provider licensing), and software — is the property of tm15.ph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. tm15.ph shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profit or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data; (d) service interruptions caused by events outside tm15.ph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of force majeure.
tm15.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, where tm15.ph reasonably suspects or determines that:
Upon suspension for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed. Where the breach involved financial fraud, AML violations, or chargeback abuse, balances may be voided. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned via the Player's verified payment method following investigation.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute process in Section 14.
tm15.ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
